What is the cause of all i have got?

I have had 2 blood test's and a stool sample done already and the doctor say's i am fine but i became ill again and the symptoms are Abdominal cramps Diarrhea, Vomiting, and of course the one thing that makes me even more sick is the sulfur/rotten egg tasting burps, any idea's would be apprichated i know it could be either gluten or ibs so thats a possibility also i am going back to the hospital for another 3 blood test next week
