When are the yankees going to get rid of joe girardi?

Burnett was pitching a gem. Why did he take him out? Then he takes out logan after one hit? Then ayala loads the bases. I could clearly see that he was done, where was joe during all this? When are they going to freaken fire him. We are not going to win another game until they do. Only a team managed by girardi can give up a 3 run lead in one inning and give up first place all within the span of a couple hours.
