Ok, so my 1990 Ford F-250 is a Jewel. And I say that sarcastically. But tonight I had to drive home without my lights on. When I stopped the truck at a friend's house, the lights were working just fine. When I started it again, and tried to turn on the lights, the two-stage headlight knob would click through both of its stages (hazard light and headlight,) but only the hazard lights would come on. I didn't blow a fuse, and all other lights on the vehicle work just fine. I tried turning on my high beams, and the floor-button seems to not click anymore like it did before. Could that be the issue? Help please! Need to work tomorrow night!

Spirit airlines- separate mom and child?

I am booked for a flight with Spirit airlines in a few weeks with my husband and sons (ages 1 and 2). We chose not to pay extra to choose a seat as we really don't care if we all sit together (Baby will sit on husbands lap) But now I'm re thinking because I am worried that Spirit will separate my 2 year old son from me. Antibiotics and Yaz...crazy symptoms...any advice?

I have a 2 1/2 year old daughter and a 1 year old son. I have been on Yaz since March, and up until recently I haven't had any issues. I had an upper respiratory infection a few weeks ago, and the dr prescribed me a strong antibiotic. She asked where I was in my pill pack (week 3), and she said that the antibiotic wouldn't affect anything, so I didn't need to use back up protection with my husband. A few days before my period was supposed to start, I bled lightly for 2 days. When my period was supposed to start, I didn't bleed at all. I wasn't worried until I started my next pill pack. I've been having all of the pregnancy symptoms I had with my second child. I took a pregnancy test, which was negative. Has anyone else gone through this? Should I go back to the dr and get a blood test done, or could I just be being paranoid? I just hate to continue taking my birth control if there is a possibility that I'm pregnant. Can I withhold condo association fees for work not completed. I live in a newly developed condo development. There are various types of units. I live in a free-standing unit which I purchased. The development company is the property management since the development has not sold out. When I moved in 3 yrs ago my sidewalks were all cracked up. I was told that they would be repaired the upcoming Spring. To date the repairs have not happened. In addition, I constantly have standing water and heavy moss growing in front of my house along the sidewalk. Even in 90 degree weather, there is water or moistness and moss growing in front of my house. It is also a hazard. My Mom is elderly and almost fell a few time due to the slippery moss. The association has one excuse after another as to why they haven't repaired it. The latest excuse is they want to wait until they have multiple sidewalks to repair. I've had my period for about a year now. I've always used pads and I don't go swimming much so I never really had a reason to wear a tampon. Well, I had my period recently and I was at my friend's house. How to battle pain and deal with feeling a void?

Well I have unmet emotional needs from my father... I don't feel love from him... And I used to be christian and I obsessed over God, and it was like my way to cope with the pain... of course you can change! i get what you mean though, it's like the same with me. i am actually quite messy and everytime i tell myself that i am going to be organised and plan out what my homework schedule is, i always fail to do so in the end. it's really frustrating and i also wonder how we can change our ways. but honestly i think that you should just try to focus and set your mind straight. you could start off by just getting some diaries to organize your daily routines. then you should definitely buy some folders. they just make everything so much easier to find. don't forget to label the folders and maybe even in alphabetical order. i also think that you should stop trying to argue with your mum and just ask her for help. do something nice for her and maybe she can help you sort out your things. good luck! :)

depends if sizemore returns from injury and hughes has a breakout season. I dont see either heppening this season. Hughes is likely to wear down this year. He's practically one of two quality yankee startes so he'll pitch a ton of innings. Ibanez is 38 and he had a solid year last year so he could have another okay year, especially since theres not a ton of depth behind him. On the other side, ethier was a triple crown candidate for the first 3 months or so and he should have another really good seaason. Guitierez was a disapointment but he's young and has a lot of potential and room to improve. Lastly, Burnett is washed up I think, he has not done anything the past 2-3 years but get injured and have an ERA higher than his total strikeouts. I go with getting Ethier and Guitierez and Burnett sinze there is more potential there.

Ive had the Mirena IUD for 8 months now, & a regular period every month since then. Except this month of June. No period, but slight cramping & lower back aches, & some headaches along with slight nausea. I have watched Erin Barnett on CNBC and I have found instances where she has leaned to the left in her opinions and questioning and other instances where she has leaned to the right in her opinions and questions. I have also seen video clips and have read on some articles about some controversial things that she has said and done in the past that has offended conservatives (such as referring to Bush "the monkey in the middle" years ago when she appeard one time on MSNBC's Morning Joe) and liberals (such as defending Wall Street when she was invited one time to NBC's Meet the Press). She has been in hot water several times by conservatives and liberals. Some conservatives have dubbed her as a liberal and some liberals have dubbed her as a conservative. So what's really her political philosophy? Does she lean more to the left than she does to the right or does she lean more to the right than she does to the left?

My left Indicator is sticking on....?!?

Iv got a corsa.. 04 plate. and the left indicator keeps sticking on, the arm inside clicks off but the light on the dash stays on and they indicator light outside is on. (not flashing though..) Why do I sweat and why do my feet smell?

For a few years now I have come across the issue of how my feet smell, even after I shower. It is a very rank smell and I don't really know how to describe it. It's not a sweat smell, just a dirty smell. I have also had issues with excessive sweating through-out the night. I don't know if it's anxiety or what, but regardless of the room temperature, I generally wake up in the morning, coated in sweat. It's not at the point where everything is soaked, but I do wake up feeling hungover as if I had drank the night before... I guess that could be from my loss of hydration through sweating. I apparently snore a lot, so could the possibility be sleep apnea? Does sleep apnea even cause night sweats? I am not entirely sure what this could mean for me. Also lately I have been getting extreme pain in the right side of my lower back where the flesh is... I guess that would be where the kidney is... or the liver? It's been a shooting sharp pain sometimes and will usually last for hours. I don't know if any of this is even related but any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

My work place is sooo loud i was wondering if this is workplace hazard?

I work at an amusement park as a ..... cleaner so basically I walk around all day cleaning garbage. The problem is that the park start doing light show near the closing time. The music is very loud it's to the point that my ears is aching and my head is pounding. I went inside bathroom and I still can hear it. The show goes on for 15 minutes. Is this bad for my ears. What two books are the best?

Well I just finished reading "Jurassic Park" not too long ago and I absolutely loved it so I recommend reading it. When I was your age I read "The Secret Garden" and "The Call of the Wild" and they were both pretty good, I liked "The Call of the Wild" better because it has a dog :). I've never read it, but I have a friend who had to read "A Wrinkle in Time" a few years ago, she said it was horrible so I don't recommend it. I hope this helps!

the questions on the actual test are nothing like that, i don't think thats the correct disk.. i'd advise you to buy a different one and i'd also advise you to buy the highway code book aswell if you don't already have it as this includes everything you need to know for your theory test and although it may be boring it will definitely be worth it in the long term. also, i sat my theory test two weeks ago so no they haven't changed it recently, they still have questions where you pick multiple answers!

Let's just say that a few weeks ago I found myself in a very deep meditative state. I felt myself slowly being separated from the room I was in. It was as if I had been a two-dimensional being all my life, and suddenly I had stepped off the screen into a more three-dimensional space. Maybe it would be better described as a fourth dimension? I don't know. The objects in the room were all the same, yet different. The way in which I became separated was very interesting to me. The room seemed to slightly pixelate in the process, as if it had not been "real" all along, as if it had been programed. As I was sinking deeper and deeper into the dark caverns of my consciousness, I found myself in an unexpected place. Although I could still see the room around me, I was looking at it through what I would describe as a spherical wall of screens. To help you imagine it, think of the way a bee or a fly might see the world through it's hundreds of eyes.I was standing (though not physically) in a dark center of space surrounded by these "screens", and I saw the room. I got the sense that this was the "control center" of my mind. Time had completely stopped. Time was irrelevant. A minute or an hour could have passed, and I would not be able to tell you which was true. I was in the midst of eternity. I felt something else was with me. It wasn't physical, but I could feel it's presence close to me. I want to say that it was separate from me, but I suddenly realized that I was it, and it it was me. I asked it to tell me why I was shown this place. It told me that sometimes it needed to remind itself where it had come from and what it's purpose on earth was. It told me it had left small clues in our world to help us remember where it came from and why. Suddenly I was thrown even deeper into space only to find myself (my consciousness) floating above an incredible sight.In the middle of dark space I witnessed something unexpected. I'm not quite sure how to even begin to describe it. I'm not sure words in the English language exist that would be adequate to describe what I saw. In fact while I was deep in it, I thought to myself "How the hell do I describe this when I'll want to explain to someone what I saw???" but I will try. I witnessed our universe being born and reborn over and over and over again at very high speeds. It wasn't like the "big bang", it was more like a loop that constantly turned inside out. It was like the shape of an inverse-rotating donut, or I suppose what some would describe as the symbol for "infinity". It was a giant, infinite fractal. This Universe was not what we believe it to be. It performed a function, and that function was to constantly generate new possibilities. Much like computers in our world (though extraordinarily/severely basic in comparison) the Universe was like a giant calculator/generator producing infinite possibilities through complex mathematical equations.There was a strong presence/consciousness hanging over it. This "calculator/computer" Universe was the creation of this consciousness, and it overlooked every single little action with incredible yet effortless and tireless concentration. I suppose that this presence is the thing to which many people refer to as "God". I felt a oneness with this being. I finally understood that I was it, it was me, it was you, it was the grass, it was the rock, it was the ant, the bird, the wind, the sky, the earth,.... it was everything. It was love, hate, anger, sadness, it was us. Imagine yourself being cut into a quadrillion pieces, and those individual pieces being able to have experiences of their own, separate from the whole. According to my vision that's what our world is. The world and all of us, we are IT. Since I realized what an important moment this was, I did not want to miss asking the big question. My question was "How did you come to be? Where did this start?" It replied in a form of exchanging a thought in my mind, and the answer was that it simply WAS. It just IS. It did not know why or how, in fact it did not care for why or how, it didn't feel the need to know why or how, it just WAS. Since we humans experience a "beginning" and an "end" on this earth via birth and death, it is very difficult for us to imagine something having no beginning and no end. It seems inconceivable, much like the idea of infinity, something without an end. We try to imagine it, but we struggle to come to terms with the fact that something may not have an end or a beginning. I can't say I felt satisfied by that answer for the reason I mentioned just now, but I accepted it. My next question was why we were here. Understanding came to me in the form of seeing. 48 days since last period, 3 negative home pregnancy test?

Okay, so my period is never really regular. But it has been 52 days since the 1st day and 48 days since the last day of my last period. I haven't felt any symptoms that I have noticed. This past weekend I felt cramps/sharp pains (not too sharp) in my lower stomach and pelvic area. That lasted about 2-3 days. I felt bloated, or "full" I guess you could say..during the cramps and everything. I have 1 child already, and it is a possibility that I am pregnant. I have been off the pill for a while now. Global Warming - Conservative Policy?

I believe that pollution and waste should be controlled if it can be solidly proven by several non-partisan and validated sources that it has a detrimentally negative effect on the surrounding area. However, that being said, Erin Burnett has a good way of presenting her points in a positive, non-combative fashion and that is certainly a plus. She is always positive and upbeat. Another plus. No one seems to dislike her, unlike Palin. However, that would probably change, if she ever went into politics, since it is such a tough business. Palin has a good background as governor which Erin does not. I agree with jade. But what i would do if i was in your predicament, i would probably use the horse manure for my flowers, because plants love it. I grew up around horses, and we always used their manure for our gardens. And do you live in the city, or town? Why would they have horses in town anyways? They should know things like this happen. But just like Jade said, report them or something. But if i were you, don't put any harm on the horses, it's not their fault, it's the owners, because their not watching them, and probably don't feed them enough. So the horses get desperate and do things their not supposed to be doing. What kind of fencing is it tho? If it barbed wire, horses can just go over that. They can't really go over electric fence tho. If anything just put privacy fence up. I can't really tell you what to do, because this has never happened to me. I'm 19 and was pulled over for "barely touching the double yellow line on a turn"?

I'm 19 driving at 11:00 PM and had 3 cop cars follow me for ten minutes which pulled me over on a turn that had hazards on the right hand side. When they told me why they pulled me over it was because I touched the double yellow line when I went around that turn. The cop did not ask for ID or anything just told me to step out of the car. I passed his tests, blew straight 0's, and was very cooperative. When I asked for my sweatshirt they said they would get it for me, The cop asked for my permission to grab and search my sweatshirt. I gave him permission to grab and search my sweatshirt only. He then grabbed a wood case from my middle console that held weed in and an empty beer from the back seat that was covered by a blanket. I was then handcuffed and legally detained without having my rights read to me. the cop didn't even put a seat belt on me. When we got to the station they drew my blood and questioned me. They then gave me my charges for open container in a car, minor in possession of alcohol and a possession of a controlled substance. I was then able to call for a ride to get picked up from the station. After given the tickets I forced made to sign a paper and then was able to leave. Was what they did legal? How to cope with unmet needs?

Well I have unmet emotional needs from my father... I don't feel love from him... And I used to be christian and I obsessed over God, and it was like my way to cope with the pain... think about...my nuclear family... I'm a single guy who's in his late 30s who's been working mostly as a temp the past several years, but the assignments have dried up pretty much, due to the economy and outsourcing.. I'm living presently at my Dad's house.. part of me wants to just get out of NY altogether ... it's expensive to live here..and I'm just in general dissatisfied with how far I've gone in life.. I don't know why, but I think if I moved out westward, things would fall into place - I'd land a decent job (the pay may be lower, but possibly comfortable), jump start my dating scene - who knows, maybe find a girlfriend who'll eventually marry me - the perpetual bachelor idea kind of freaks me out at this point..and be all in all much happier. Back to my nuclear family - this consists of my Dad and younger brother - he's entering his late 30s now and also single. My Dad's short-term memory is somewhat slowing down.. there were times when he locked himself out of his house, and thanks to me being around and out of work, I was able to help him get back in. I worry about him. My brother started a new time-demanding office job, and we're proud of him. At the same time, he's not that available to help out my Dad, as he'd like. And we don't hold that against my bro at all.. I'm pleased that he's doing well (he was out of work prior to that too for awhile) and wish him much success. I don't know guys and gals - should I consider the move out (this would be risky since I don't have any opportunities waiting for me) or stick around here? There will be a lot of pressure on Burnett to produce for the Yankees. Last year, he struggled. His ERA was over 5 and WHIP was 1.50. His is not that good of a pitcher though. His career ERA is 3.99 and his career record is 110-100. I think he is not worth his contract. I think the Yankees signed him to a big contract of about of about $82.5 million over 5 years. And he have never even made the All Star team yet in his career. A.J can have a great game and then his next start, he struggles. I work in fast food and work a closing shift quite regularly. When we close we are required to close, clean, and stock a certain position and once we finish that we are technically "done". Once we are "done" and the store is closed we are required to clock out, but here's the catch. We can't leave. We must sit and wait for all of the other workers and managers to finish. Because us leaving would be a "safety hazard". If we cannot leave and are required to be there against our will, should we have to clock out? You don't. Even if you could get OS X up and running on that thing (Not impossible, iBoot legacy may be the best bet), you will never get that 9200 working properly. The Radeon 9200 does not have drivers in Snow Leopard. It was only used on PowerPC Macs and Apple dropped those a while ago. Considering the age, audio might be out as well, possibly even the network and wifi, too. I doubt it would be worth it.

So for about 3 months i've had swollen lymph nodes in my neck, under my jaw, and in my groin area. I considered the possibility of lymphoma until I realized how unrealistic it is that a 19 year old has it. They're hard (some of them) and the other ones are soft. My friend, drafting starters in the 100-200 position is what is vital to surviving fantasy and is often a weakness for many owners. While some tool gets Roy Halladay with his first round pick, I will get Carlos Gonzalez or David Wright. These guys are 5-category assets that are superb in all 5, while Halladay addresses 4 categories every 5th day. Instead of picking up even Clayton Kershaw in the 4th round, you can get Nelson Cruz or Matt Kemp, guys who are excellent players and highly undervalued as both are 5-tool guys. Back to your question, my favorite 3 100-ranked starters are MAx Scherzer, Shawn Marcum, Matt Garza. Scherzer is a stud this year. He'll put up Clayton Kershaw type numbers, only you'll get him 5-7 rounds later. Expect 18 wins, 200 Ks, 3.2 ERA. Marcum without the Yanks, Red Sox, and Rays starts had a 2.23 ERA. 2.23!!! He'll be incredible with the Brewers this year vs. the Cubs, Pirates, Astros and all the other teams. Garza, samething as Marcum. Posted an ERA a whole point lower without the Yank-Red Sox-Jays. Expect a 16 win, 3.4 ERA, 175 Ks. J-Sanc and Billingsley are also great picks! In the late 100s, look for Hughes, Ricky Romero, Morrow, Danks, Wandy Rodriguez as all great starters!

I'm in tenth grade going into eleventh and I had a teacher this year who would constantly make fun of me for reading, at first it was kind of funny like he jokes with all of the kids but he only kept it up with and and it got to the point where after class he'd yell at me about it. My husband left us to go visit his family, he has 30 days and I want him to split it evenly am I being selfish?

He is in the military and he only has 30 days before going to the dessert for a year and a half, there is a possibility that we can go with him as well, but its not for sure just yet and won't be for sure for at least a couple of months. Am I being selfish? He's told me I am? I won't even be able to spend our first anniversary with him. Relocate to another borough in London?

Ok so if you've seen any previous questions of mine you'd know my housing situation is difficult, bit certain circumstances have changed & basically my partner of three years has been kicked out of his family home & there is no possibility of going back, but the place I'm in is only for people on there own, so yes the council would have to move us, problem is this area is not safe, we cannot get police involved because that will actually make things worse, he's lived in this borough all his life & I've lived here for almost 2 years now, I was wondering is there anyway to be housed out the area, there is a place we can go only it's far away from London & the place it's self is not ideal & besides this is my home, there has to be some other way??!! I've just got a job I've worked so hard to get & I start later this month, there's so much we'll both be leaving behind, someone must have some good advice??!!

Opinions on cats being let outside?

i totally think cats should be let outside. my dad is allergic to cats and my cat who's 14 has lived outside since he was like 2 and whenever we bring him inside he always sits by the door wanting to be let back outside.

I can not get my mom to even remember to slice up the friking hot dog (not really nutricious choice but ok) so its not a choking hazard. She thinks a booster seat in the car is the same as a infant car seat. I swear she would be ok with out a car seat. the idea that evolution works like a ladder, and that every species is trying to climb up, is very old. there is no such thing as a 'higher form of existence', it just that if we still had the fish tail from when we were fish, we probably wouldn't drive our cars as good as now. there needs to be an environment in which the 'survival of the fittest' rule can count.

I myself have panicked and went into the other lane real quick because of that very reason. It's usually when coming around a curve and cannot see the emergency vehicle until the last minute. Now I try to just slow down quickly instead of swerving into the next lane so fast.

Pros and cons of glass baby bottles?

Glass vs. plastic does not affect how much air a baby takes in. Certain nipples will make a difference, but it doesn't matter if the bottle they are attached to is glass or plastic. I know you don't want to hear about glass breaking, but i'll tell you my experience. I have used glass bottles for my son since he began using bottles and If you have tile floor in your house "break resistant" will not do you any good. Even with the rubber sleeves on them, if it drops on the tile in our kitchen it's gonna smash and glass will fly everywhere. I still use them, I believe the benefits of not having to worry about the plastic deteriorating and leaching chemicals into my son's milk are worth it, but i wouldn't recommend it with tile floors unless you have a shop vac and are willing to deal with occasional glass disasters.

I'm no doctor, but it is my opinion that the constant presence of foul smells could cause tremendous stress. Stress is known to be the cause of many illnesses. I've found a site that may give some help. I wish I had known about these things as we've had some bed wetters in our family in the past. I hope some of these suggestions help.

How can I get my lazy irresponsible teen to come home at night?

He is 18 & works part time. He spends his money on tatoos, cigarettes, junk food, etc. He does pay for gas in his car.We gave him a good used car when he got his license & when he turned 18, due to a speeding ticket, we put him on his own insurance policy. We've been telling his he has to pay for his insurance, he has the money for it, but he can't seem to get around to paying it.This is probably because he figures we'll pay it out of necessity.Every night he goes out and says he'll be back by midnight, 2 a.m., or whatever time we agree on. Instead, the night gets later & he does not show up. We try to call & text & can almost never reach him. Some mornings he's come home around 3:30 a.m. and other times we can't reach him until noon the day after.He says he is spending the night with a friend whom I've just met (finally) and is 16, a minor, stating they play video games all night.I've begged him to have this kid overnight at our house sometime.Finally,last night he did.They said they'd be here for dinner but I didn't hear from him. Around 10 p.m. I reached him & he said he & 2 friends would be here by midnight. 1:15 a.m. they weren't here. I called him,reached him,he said he'd be here in about 15 minutes. 2:00 a.m. I called again & he said he was almost home,with the 2 friends,both minors.They came in,smelling strongly of cigarette smoke.My son is an adult by law & my husband/his father, is in law enforcement & has explained the ramifications of contributing to the delinquency of minors.Also,my husband & I are having marital problems & are trying to mend the relationship.This added stress about whether or not our son is coming home or has been involved in an accident or has gotten in trouble, etc. is adding to our stress tenfold. He's our only child & we feel it is inconsiderate of him to be unreachable most of the time & we worry about his safety.We are afraid to take his cell phone as discipline,because if he needs it for an emergency we want him to have it.He works 2 to 3 nights a week waiting tables at a nearby restaraunt. How can I get him to come home on weeknights so that my very stressed & depressed husband and I can get some relief? We're worn out everyday from waking up through the night & finding our son's bedroom empty & being unable to reach him. My husband has a heart condition & this stress is really a problem. I have been diagnosed with major depression & have been medicated for many years. Most of the time the depression is under control. We have too much going on to have these added worries. We didn't raise him to be so inconsiderate. We don't want to "put him out" because (1) he can't afford it (2)he is irresponsible (3)we don't want to sabotage his future. He graduated from high school this month & is enrolled to attend Community College in the fall. We wonder now if he'll even make an effort. If we tell him he has to help pay for it, he will just quit. He is intelligent but very lazy. His chores at home are to clean a cat box occasionally, & will only do it if nagged for days. He is supposed to keep his bathroom clean but it is so disgusting I can't go in there. His room looks like a health & fire hazard. I have taught him to do his own laundry because I got tired of the clean clothes getting spread all over the floor with the dirty clothes. He occasionally washes just what he needs for a day. i think you should sell m.j for what you bought her for. and give jazzy away for free as a companion if she is anygood wih horses. or give her to someone who will have time for her. it might be bes for her to be put down. i dont think you can put her back into the wild so they wud be the two options. next time i dont think you shud get horses like them if you know you cant train them.

Just losing won games with tons of errors. The one game we didn't make errors we won 10-0. Kinda sad. Atleast the hittings looking good, and starting pitching is looking very strong again this year. Once the defense evens out we should be winning everything in sight. Giants.

How could i report a hoarder?

My neighbor has a bad hoarding problem, She also has a son that is mentally restarted, the house is past a hazard for both of them. a room full with newspaper witch can cause a fire hazard. Her son witch is 26 stays home all day while she is at work, he eats little to nothing the whole time she is gone at work. If your standing outside and they open the door it spells like 20 dead animals, even worse. Thats just opening the door. The mom was a drinker, thats why the son the way he is, and this past week she started him on wine, witch is ridiculous even though he is over the legal age, he still shouldn't come any were close to that stuff. The house is a danger to them, black mold all over the windows the garage has water that's been in there for who knows how long. How would i come about reporting this? health department? Its just been going on to long, and its a pain when we have company we have to go back on the pool deck for we don't see and smell the house.
