Who hates Joe Girardi?

So Burnett loads the bases in the bottom of the 7th with no outs, and what does he do. He freaken leaves him in the game, and lets him give up 3 runs. Burnett had over 100 pitches and was clearly done, how could retarded girardi not see this?
