Relocate to another borough in London?

Ok so if you've seen any previous questions of mine you'd know my housing situation is difficult, bit certain circumstances have changed & basically my partner of three years has been kicked out of his family home & there is no possibility of going back, but the place I'm in is only for people on there own, so yes the council would have to move us, problem is this area is not safe, we cannot get police involved because that will actually make things worse, he's lived in this borough all his life & I've lived here for almost 2 years now, I was wondering is there anyway to be housed out the area, there is a place we can go only it's far away from London & the place it's self is not ideal & besides this is my home, there has to be some other way??!! I've just got a job I've worked so hard to get & I start later this month, there's so much we'll both be leaving behind, someone must have some good advice??!!
