How much do boys grow after 16?

I'm a guy, 16, 5'10 tall. I really, really , reallllly want to make 6 ft 1 or higher. My dad is 6'0, and my mum is 5'6. My great grandpa on my fathers side was 6'4 btw, and my mum has some really tall cousins, Is there a possibility i can make 6;1?
